CR-2023-11-01 Change in data purging policy. Retain the data till 48 hours after the status
change. Add a 1, or 2-day option in the data purging drop-down while
configuring the purging time interval.
CR-2023-11-02 To add custom fields. It will be blank on the review screen and must be filled in
manually. Following the completion of the feedback loop, data for newly added
custom fields should be obtained from ML.
CR-2023-11-03 Multiple Cover Letters - Make it template-wise so that while creating the rule
template will also be selected. Need Sample templates from Integreon.

CR-2023-11-04 Auto-populate the rule name while creating the rule for the cover letter
CR-2023-11-05 Admin should get an in-app notification whenever a rule is
activated/deactivated. Whenever any user makes a change in rule status admin
should get an in-app notification. And the user will unread the manual until it is
displayed.

CR-2023-11-06 Job Bank Document Upload - Designation-wise content mapping for CL with the
Excel list that is uploaded (i.e., Current designation titles: 170). Provide an option
to upload a job bank document during client configuration. The content of the
job bank will be used in the cover letter and mapping based on job designation.

CR-2023-11-07 Run Cronjob multiple times throughout the day. Also, a manual trigger. Cronjob
will run in intervals of 1-2 hours as decided. Also, the project manager should get
the option to trigger the cron job manually.
CR-2023-11-08 Bulk pull documents (Missing or Pending documents). The project manager and
reviewer should have an option to manually pull documents at the client level.

CR-2023-11-09 User manual link to be provided at rule creation screen. At the rule creation
screen user should have the ability to refer business rule manual. The Integreon
team to provide the link.
CR-2023-11-10 Rule code auto-generate and addition of a column of the client list associated
with that rule in the business rule master. The system should generate a rule
code and rule listing screen and add 2 columns client to whom it is assigned and
Short Desc which will be the combination of rule title, and form.

CR-2023-11-11 Re-allocation of documents to another reviewer. The project manager should

have the ability to reallocate the applicant to another reviewer.
CR-2023-11-12 The I-129 form is uploaded in 3-part I-129, I-129H, and I-129DC

CR-2023-11-13 Assemble binder - Ordering and Selecting the documents for Binder. While
downloading the binder user should have the option to select the document to
download and also set the sequencing.
CR-2023-11-14 Based on the job title pull data from the job bank in the cover letter
CR-2023-11-15 Option to filter red box only at the reviewer. Toggle the button in the form filling
screen when the user shifts to invalid to show all the invalid sections and their
fields.
