exchange offer.

We see that your order was delivered to you on 13 August 2023 and the pickup of the
exchange product has already been completed. Also, we see that you have paid the
difference amount of Rs.9050/- at the time of delivery.

We have validated the images shared by the delivery executive and since there was a
Box and Charger missing issue in the exchange product as confirmed by the wishmaster
based on the checks performed at your doorstep.

Kindly note that the exchange amount you see during order placement is just an estimate
based on the model and brand of your mobile. Discounts depend on the actual condition
of your mobile phone. If the exchange phone does not meet certain criteria, then lesser
discounts would be applicable based on the checks performed at your doorstep by the
wishmaster as compared to what has been offered at the time of order placement.

Please be informed that the seller will be unable to provide a refund for this as per their
policy.
