I am active duty US military and currently stationed in South Korea. I recently dropped my laptop and
the frame broke. The monitor is now separated from the body of the laptop but the computer and
monitor work fine. I think the frame needs to be reattached. Do you know of a facility in South Korea
that could repair my laptop for a cost? I'm glad to pay a service fee to fix it - I love this laptop!

I Just bought a gp63ex70 external dvd burner from Walmart yesterday. Why can't I get it registered?
My model is gp63ex70 and the serial # is 208hrqb012508 manufactured August 10, 2022.

Your web site has not been updated to recognize the model number, so I can't register. Can you handle

To be completely transparent, it may take some time to have the problem corrected. You may want to
consider creating a new account. This would mean re-entering all your information, and I understand
this could mean considerable work depending on the number of products you have. It would ensure you

Alternatively, I can also register your product details in our internal system that we can use if you
contact us in the future for help on your units. However, this will not register the products in your online
account so you will have to register it once the website issue has been resolved.

If you wish to proceed in this, I will just need the following:

- Phone number

- Cell phone number

- Complete physical address

- Model number

- Serial number

- Copy of the original receipt showing store name & logo, and the date of purchase
