Unfortunately, no update as of this moment as our Network Operations Team is


currently investigating the issue. This outage we are experiencing is affecting
large portions of the network, our phone services, our online chat services as well
as text message support (due to volume) Us in customer Support as well as the
Network team are working diligently to get this resolved as fast as possible.

been resolved. I went ahead and checked, and your internet dish and router are both
working fine. Please reach back should you need further assistance with the

OUTAGE
This is Aeron from LTD Broadband. We are currently experiencing large scale
outages. Our Network Operations team is aware of the issue and is actively working
on the resolution for the issue. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to
provide an ETA as to when the connection will be restored. However, rest assured we
are working on the getting the resolution in place as soon as possible.

IHN Vilo mesh

the issue appears to affect you most in the evening. Also, in case this isn't
already the case, I would recommend attempting to utilize your devices within a
distance of about 30 ft. from your router. If you're interested, we have a mesh
router system that would be free of charge to implement for your system called the
Vilo mesh router system. We provide a number of Vilos appropriate to the square
footage of your home to maximize the WiFi range. The system does require a mobile
app to set up that can be found by searching Vilo and it will likely be tagged as
Vilo Living or Vilo Lifestyle. It typically takes 1 to 2 business days for those to
arrive at your location, so just let me or another agent know you'd be interested
and we can get those sent out.

For the first, please follow these steps:

1: Connect your laptop to the router in the ___________ (WiFi or Ethernet is fine)

2: Open up a web browser (Google Chrome is preferrable)

3: In the address line at the top of the page where it normally tells you the
website you are on, type in 192.168.40.1 and hit enter.

4: When the page comes up, it will have either a warning or login page if it is
working, or a "..took too long to respond" error if it is not.

5: In any of the events in Step 4, take a screenshot of the page, with the network
icon on the bottom right of the taskbar clicked so we can confirm you are connected
to your network in the Community Center.

6: Send that picture in a response to this email.

For the second, if there is an angle from the ground outside where you can clearly
see it, please also take a picture of the radio antenna that is installed outside
the Community Center. This is primarily to determine it doesn't have any
precipitation, damage, or obvious misalignment, but if it does, that also narrows
down the root cause of the problem. Send that, and the picture of the small device
we took a picture of earlier, as a reply or replies to this email.

shipment as it seems to be the cause of the issues (after outage was fixed,
internet dish is up but your router still can't be accessed). It should arrive 1 -
2 business days, kindly put the router to be replaced in a box and ready it at your
