to create shipping orders with Ninja Van at the moment, and we are truly sorry for
the inconvenience caused.
We note that your account has been converted to a Prepaid Lite account. Likewise,
we would like to take this opportunity to highlight that shippers who wish their
account to remain as a Postpaid account will have to fulfil a minimum of 150
parcels per month. If you are unable to meet the requirement, we would like to
invite you to onboard into our Prepaid Lite account.
Prepaid LITE account provides similar benefits to our postpaid PRO account.
However, the main difference lies with the payment method. You will be required to
top up an amount to your Ninja Wallet before you proceed to create orders on our
Ninja Dashboard.
Meanwhile, you may refer to our Ninja Dashboard Tutorials which will helpful for
you to familiarize with some crucial functions such as : how to create an order,
how to create bulk orders, how to top up your Ninja Wallet etc.
Additionally, if you have any questions with regard to Prepaid Lite account, do not
hesitate to reach out to us.

The shipper had requested compensation for the service they rendered that was not
according to the Service Level Agreement.
The parcel was supposed to be collected on XXXX and delivered on XXXX . However,
the parcel was eventually picked up on XXXX and was delivered on XXXX.
Hence, considering that the shipper has paid for next day delivery and the delivery
period was not fulfilled accordingly. Shipper was still charged for Next Day
Delivery.
