Please refer to the subject matter captioned above that your Institute was selected for CCTE Program, SINO-PAK Dual Diploma Program being a potential Institute of the Region by focusing the Youth of country side for their employment opportunities in the national and International Labour Market. thus STEVTA Management is highly motivated to implement the CCTE Program in Sindh Province that includes GPI Mithi as well. However, the Challenging economic and communication environment due to the heavy rain flood and its consequences, in fact, Institute has improved the teaching learning environment, but the CTE Program has not been focused properly; consequently the program activities are in slow pace and backlog. In this regard, it is strongly directed that, Institute Management should manage the timelines of Program and implementation strategy, for further clarification following guidelines are given to implement the CCTE Program on urgent basis a) The Tang CCTE Program is Technological Based Training Mode and Training cycle shall be based on Cloud system, access provided to Institutes (Trainer-Trainees) by TANG International and subsequently system based timelines shall be monitored accordingly. b) The activities are time bound and country wide and same timeline for all participating Institutes, the activities shall be started before 31% January 2023, ©) The Program need a dedicated Focal Point to carry forward Academic Guideline, in this connection, it is clarified that Principal is focal Point will carry forward all academic Guidelines as per academics requirements of CCTE Program. d) The Program shall be started on urgent basis ( before 31“ January, 2023) to avoid the suspension of program from TANG on basis of performance of Institute Management for which concerned Institute Principal is solely responsible. e) The coordination on the Program shall be enhanced with TANG Team and STEVTA for smooth implementation of CCTE Program.
