Implementation plan for joint training of mining talents
Between Lanzhou Resources and Environment Vocational
Technology University and Mithi Tapaka Provincial
Technical College
为进一步贯彻落实《职业教育提质培优行动计划（2020—2023

年）》精神，助力中巴经济走廊建设。经多方协商，特举办兰州资

源环境职业技术大学-米蒂·塔帕卡省立技术学院矿业类人才联合培训。

通过周期性培训，切实提高巴基斯坦米蒂·塔帕卡省立技术学院学生

的就业水平和当地矿山企业本土员工的技能水平，为巴基斯坦区域

济发展提供人力资源支撑。

In order to further implement the spirit of the Action Plan for Improving the
Quality and Training of Vocational Education (2020-2023), and assist the construction

of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. After various consultations, a joint

training for mining talents from Lanzhou Resources and Environment Vocational
Technology University and Mithi Tapaka Provincial Technical College was held.
Through periodic training, we will effectively improve the employment level of
students of Miti Tapaka Provincial Technical College in Pakistan and the skill level of
local employees of local mining enterprises, so as to provide human resources support
for Pakistan's regional economic development.

一、培训对象

巴基斯坦米蒂·塔帕卡省立技术学院学员、企业员工

二、培训时间

2. Training time

培训为期一个月，计划从 2023 年元月开始。

The training lasts for one month and is scheduled to start in January

2023.

（一）准备阶段：

(1)Preparation stage:

学校安排相关专业教师制作中英文字幕的课程视频，将培训相

的课程资源和学习内容上传至“兰州资源环境职业技术大学国际教

育
云平台”，学员可通过学习平台进行网络录播课程的学习，同时准

一定课时的网络直播课。

The school arranges relevant professional teachers to produce course

videos with Chinese and English subtitles, and uploads the training-

related course resources and learning content to the "Lanzhou Resources

and Environment Vocational and Technical University International

Education Cloud Platform", through which students can record the

learning of the course online and prepare a certain number of hours of

live online lessons.

（二）培训阶段：

(2) Training stage:

学员通过网络平台录播课程自学和在线直播课两种方式进行学

习，共 20 个课时。培训期间学员可在网络平台进行在线提问，兰州

资源环境职业技术大学安排教师负责在线答疑。录播课学习期间，

周安排一次直播答疑课，以保证学员的学习效果。

Trainees learn through two ways: self-study and online live class,

with a total of 20 class hours. During the training, trainees can ask

questions online on the online platform, and Lanzhou Resources and

Environment Vocational and Technical University arranges teachers to

answer questions online. During the learning period of the recording

 class, a live Q&A session will be arranged once a week to ensure the

learning effect of the students.

（三）考核发证：

(3) Assessment and certification

学员学习完毕后，经考核合格的，颁发培训结业证书。

After the trainees complete the study, they will be issued a certificate

of completion of the training after passing the assessment.

培训包括露天煤矿地质、开采、运输、安全等内容，共计 20 课

时，具体培训内容见下表：
