Keningau, Sabah and/or to any of its solicitors, staff collect, record, hold, keep, share and
disclose to third parties, such as to our associates, affiliates, the authorities and local banks,
your agents, service provider, advertising agents, newspaper publisher, utilities providers,
refinancing lawyers, purchaser’s lawyers, vendors lawyers and other classes of third parties
which may be located within or outsider Malaysia, mt personal information obtained through
my dealings with you and which are under your control and/or possession.

I know that it will be necessary for you to process my personal data for the purpose of my
dealing with your law firm, without which you will not be able to carry out the purpose of
loans documentation processing, sale and purchase agreements, conveyancing documents,
legal notice of demand, summons, courts actions and or other matter far extract of
information from the Authorities concerned.

I shall at any time make a written request to your Firm to correct any of my personal data that
is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date and your firm shall, upon receipt of my
written request for correction(s), take all necessary measure to give effect to such
correction(s).
