store, process and use my personal data as Processor for purposes as described below:
PURPOSE OF DATA Different arrangements for authority permits, registrations, lease
PROCESSING: negotiations, schooling assistance, utility hook-ups,
subscriptions, - all related to my legal stay and employment in
Hungary.

to the extent required for the support services provided.

The Processor provided the following information regarding the processing of my personal
data. The legal basis to ARC’s data processing described above is my consent which is explicit
and clear. Categories of people allowable to access personal data: employees of ARC Kft and
any person allowed by ARC to have access to such data, as necessary. Categories of personal
data to be processed: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, copies of personal
documents, CV, birth/marriage certificates, police record, work contracts, assignment letters,
payslips, bank account statements, insurances, employer certificates, statements on dependents
and their support, taxation IDs, Social Security IDs, and eventually other data as necessary. The
location of processing is the seat of ARC Kft. Period of processing is until the withdrawal of
such consent.
I understand that I may ask personal access to, amendment, deletion of my details, limitation of
their use, as well as I may migrate my data or withdraw this consent without a time constraint.
Also, I may place a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of
Information. There is more information on the website of the Processor.
I understand that all my details will be fully destroyed or deleted from all media of ARC Kft.
as soon as they are not needed for ARC Kft. or, in case I expressly require such action regarding
my details.
Accordingly, in case ARC Kft. will need my data again any time in the future, I will provide
them again for any necessary arrangements by ARC Kft.
