Office: Campus Guidance and Counseling Unit Effective: June 01, 2017

The following functions, roles and responsibilities shall be discharged by this office:

1. Gather and maintain students’ cumulative records which contain relevant information about the
student;
2. Provide information activities and organized, updated and readily available educational, career,
personal and social materials to students;
3. Conduct orientation program to new and continuing students relevant to their needs;
4. Initiate Guidance Service activities using an integrated approach designed to facilitate adjustment
to student life and assist them to become well-functioning;
5. Provide Counseling Service to students through individual or group interventions to facilitate
positive change in behaviour, feelings, and attitude.
