I. Course Title : PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT: CONCEPT AND THEORIES


II. Course Description:
The course deals with an overview of personality theories with regard to their
development, philosophical assumptions, theoretical concepts and its implications in work
with individuals, organization and community. Students are encouraged to develop a
reflective and critically interactive perspective to facilitate interpersonal and group
dynamics in their respective organization. I concern with the biogenic and psychogenic
factors that affect the development of human personality, the constructs that evolve
the theories and concepts and the human personality.

III. Course Objectives:


When you fully completed the course, you will be able to:
1. Demonstrate leadership in decision making by applying the theories contributed
by different leaders.
2. Apply the knowledge learned in different life challenges as they get employed.
3. Display positive attitude and preserve the sense of nationalism towards nation
building.
4. Apply the skills by making innovations and reaching the lives in the community.
