    I am Noorahman Rahmani from Afghanistan I graduate From Rhaman
    Baba Hight School 2011 years Kabul Afg. And also I graduate first
    position (85,48) % From Shaikh Zayed University School Of Journalism
    and public Relation in 2015 Khost Afgh. I studied English Language in
    (MELI)Muslim English Language institute and Computer program in
    Kabul center .
    And also I worked as a News Reporter with Shamshad and Zhwandon
    Radio and T.V and also I worked as a Lecturer One of the private
    university in communication department more then (5) year,
    I Kindly Apply for master scholarship program in MA MS in
    communication and public Relations studies in Republic of china
    universities. Because we Don’t have M.A or M.S in communication
    studies in our country. And allot of Afghan professor’s completed thire
    Master degree in china universities
    I also want to complete my Master degree in china universities
    Because I need for this degree for my teaching in university and I like
    the nice and development country of china because actually you more
    worked for your country
    This course will help me to increase my knowledge and be a useful
    person to the society and serve my people E return to my country
