2.6 Automatic Roll Unwinding Unit
Automatic Roll Unwinding Unit is Equipped with Hydraulic Shaftless Roll Stands two clamps and
Braking system, which are Easy-to-use During Roll Manipulations.

2.7 Prevent curling system

Adjusting the roll paper due to the curl of the paper, make the paper smooth after cutting.

2.8 Correct paper offset system

There are three correct paper offset modules, that means the upper
paper will align the lower paper automatically while the all four reel
working at the same time.

2.10 Knife holder and Cutting blade

A total of two knives, one fixed on the base ,the other is on the holder for rolling cutting.

Automatically adjust the paper to square.

- Installation and Adjusting: If required, the seller will dispatch the technician to your country for installation,
commissioning, adjusting the machine and training the workers at your plant .However the buyer should
take on all costs required during our technician’s stay in the buyer’s country, including visa procedure,
round airplane tickets, accommodation, and food and out of pocket expenses.

or us directly.

2 After-sale service
-The warranty time is one year. Within Warranty period, if under the usage of instruction sheet, any produc
t broken or damage, we will offer the repair service for
free or replace for free. But the buyer should take on all costs required during our technician’s stay in the
buyer’s country, including visa procedure, round airplane tickets, accommodation, and food and out of
pocket expenses.

We will attach the manual for operation and testing with the machine together, but if you require to dispatch
our engineer for training, testing and installation. Usually, buyer should take charge of the cost of the
returned flight tickets, hotel, food for him. Also, the salary is USD100.00/day. And our engineer don't speak
English, so it should need a translator for him in your side if possible. The total time is within 7 days. That is
all.
