Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a student of the second year of Master’s Degree in International Marketing in Management.

I myself believe that I have a strong fit with the position of public reception and storage.

With a strong sense of welcoming, I have been selected in the reception team of “The 12th of
ASEAN EDUCATION MINISTERS MEETING”. In this event, I welcomed the ministers of education
and introduced them more to Vietnamese culture. I received many compliments on my warm attitude,
enthusiasm, and cheerful, gentle spirit. In addition, I can work well in a team and have an ability to be a
team leader. At work, I was a workshop leader so I understand how to communicate and work effectively
in a team. Finally, thanks to my enthusiasm in participating social activities, I am an " AMBASSADOR
OF YOUTH INTERNET GOVERNANCE FORUM" which helps me to build up my spirit of social
works.

Thanks to this above experience, I believe that I am the most suitable candidate for the position
of public reception and storage. My previous experience can help me to welcome and support
other students, especially international ones. This is because sometimes there is no people
who can speak English in the library when I need some helps. Moreover, I am also able to work
in a team to arrange books and help other work. I am also can meet the time requirements from
January to the end of March.

I hope that with my passion and experience, I will be selected for the next round.
