‘’ESTIMATING THE EFFECT OF GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS ON YOUTH ENTREP.’’

It becomes necessary to develop strategies and programs that would encourage
entrepreneurship among young Filipinos to boost youth entrepreneurship. help specific
groups of young entrepreneurs. Governments should consider fiscal incentives that
result in greater incomes and wages of about a thousand pesos. As a result, policies,
and initiatives to support youth entrepreneurship in the Philippines must be developed.
They estimate the marginal effects of a multinomial logistic regression analysis by using
the Community Based Monitor System survey on Accelerated Poverty Profiling among
De La Salle Philippines member schools. This highlights the ways in which a youth's
likelihood to be entrepreneurial is impacted by their participation in government-
sponsored programs. enhancing the creation of programs and the use of policies to
encourage youth entrepreneurship. The majority of youth programs center on
entrepreneurs and the problems that young people face while launching digital
businesses. The government should offer programs that address these issues. Youth
benefit greatly and in a positive way from entrepreneurship initiatives.
Based on my knowledge about this topic One effective strategy to combat youth
unemployment is entrepreneurship. Studying youth entrepreneurship programs is
therefore valuable. The experiences of volunteers and business owners themselves
informed these five suggestions. The results of this study can be used to improve
programs and policies that combat rural poverty and create new opportunities for kids,
both now and in the future, for development professionals and policymakers involved in
youth entrepreneurship. My existing knowledge comes from the topic itself. It taught me
a lot on how the government affects youth entrepreneurship. The observations or
experience that shape my understanding is that many young people, particularly in
developing nations, choose entrepreneurship to fill the employment gap. They may,
however, not always hold entrepreneurial positions. Youth, families, and communities
are more drawn to development programs that include skills training that will be useful
long after the project has ended. I agree with the idea they put on because it can help
all youth entrepreneurship to make a business possible. Also, adding the idea of having
a community into families can help because the significance of the family and
community is often overlooked in favor of focusing on entrepreneurs and the
entrepreneurship ecosystem in youth programs. One of the most important variables
influencing entrepreneurs' capacity to succeed is family support for business startups
and operations, particularly for young people from rural areas. It is essential to find
strategies to interact with and win over families and communities.
Entrepreneurship education develops innovative talents, which are a key engine
for future development. Entrepreneurship is about human development, creativity, self-
reliance, initiative taking, and action orientation. These days, entrepreneurship
education is under increased pressure from development policies powered by
innovation. Nonetheless, most of the conversation and research in this area now is
centered on how to build a teaching staff inside the entrepreneurial education
ecosystem. It challenges me to know more about entrepreneurship like a business
plan is likely to describe the business and industry, market strategies, sales potential,
and competitive analysis. This text helps me to understand all about entrepreneurship,
like Engaging youth can be advantageous to both the youth and the organizations who
run the programs. Youth-led programs are more likely to be successful in capturing the
interest of the public and, as a result, to have a bigger impact. It is more likely that
decisions affecting young people will be accepted, adopted, and integrated into their
daily life when they are involved as partners in the decision-making process.
Encouraging young people to recognize and address needs in their society also helps
them develop into thoughtful, compassionate people, putting them on the route to
maybe carrying on this vital work in the future. When it comes to making decisions,
meaningful youth involvement sees young people as equal partners with adults. Instead
of being created for youth, programs and activities are created with young people.
Adults and youth alike must be totally committed to this type of balanced partnership,
willing to consider changes in the way things are done and have a common vision for
the partnership.
