the LMU board.
● Sarah Fox is no longer on the DOA board due to
a job change.
● Staff is planning to send an invite to Denise
Pinkston of TMG to be on the LMU board.
● Bocanova at 1111 Broadway is having their soft
opening March 31 - April 9, 2023.
● Other openings: Highwire and Mr. Espresso.
● Emporium is being sold.
● The City Welcome Back to Work Wednesday was
a successful event on April 5. CBD purchased
$510 in gift cards purchased from businesses in
the district as prizes for the City’s raffle.
