Update on Projects and Projects and Initiatives
Initiatives ● AMP Lunch & Listen 2023 Series
a) AMP Lunch & Listen ○ 74 performances so far with a 31 remaining
2023 series ● Pablo’s Alley
b) Pablo’s Alley Happy ○ 4 activations so far with 2 remaining for
2023 series September and October.
c) Sponsorships, ○ Public restroom slated to be on the plaza is
d) Website updates now on hold until further notice.
e) Oakland Works ● Staff suggestion to hold regular meetings with the
Wednesdays Mayor next meeting September 14 regarding an
f) Social media Uptown recovery plan.
● Activations and safety discussion at the same time as
they go together.

● Oaklandside sponsorship of $3,500 includes ad
placements across 3 of their sites Oaklandside,
Berkeleyside, and Nosh. In addition, we are sponsoring
the September event. Oaklandside is including their
e-newsletter at a discounted rate.

District Website Update

Oakland Works Wednesdays

● The purpose of Oakland Works Wednesdays Oakland
Works Wednesdays (OWW) is one day each week
when we all coordinate to make Oakland go off!
Employers bring 100% of staff to work that day and
encourage them to go out to shop, dine, and drink in
Oakland stores, restaurants, and bars, that are open
and ready for you with promos and special
programming! It’s all happening on Wednesdays!
Currently, there are 32 businesses who have signed up
to participate.
● Staff and Cortt Dunlap are looking into creating a case
study for PGE in providing a curated experience for
their employees.
