 Teachers must be oriented about the online platform to be used to facilitate webinar better.
 Contextualize the video/powerpoint presentations as much as possible to be able to deliver the topics more effectively
 Identify needs of teachers based on their Individual Developmental Plan in order to know what kind of training they need to further
develop their skills as educators
