    Subject: Request for replacement of grey chair.

    Sir/ Madam,

    Respected, I am Marhalim bin Hasyim, working in AEON 2Go Online Delivery


    Team as Manager. I have been working in AEON Co for last 20 years having
    employee ID 176721. I am requesting to replace 4 Grey Old Chair. (in the
    sitting island of Ms Audrey), I believe this area uses mesh orange colour chair.

    1.Mr Yen CK

    2.Nazmi

    3.Marhalim

    4.Masyudy

    I would like to bring into your kind consideration that the


    current chair provided to us are making us feel backache, and non-
    ergonomic. We are unable to work properly as it causes disturbance.

    Therefore, we are requesting you to kindly help us to get the replacement at


    the earliest.
