    At the Special meeting of the guarantors of GLOBAL GOSPEL HEALING


    MINISTRIES LTD BY GUARANTEE (the “Company”) duly constituted and

    is agreed and resolved at such meeting as follows:-

    1. That the liability by guarantee of members be limited to 100,000 (One
