Across Generations.
The Florence Belsky Charitable Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to
helping multiple generations empower each other’s success in life through mentoring,
networking, and educational programming. We take pride in providing our Advisors
with opportunities to build communities around issues that are most important to them
and to authentically connect with one another by sharing knowledge, skill sets and
practical advice.
As we reflect on the journey of The Florence Belsky Charitable Foundation through 2023, we are
filled with a sense of profound gratitude and pride. This year has been a testament to the resilience
and dedication of our community, as we navigated the complexities of an ever-evolving world
together.
In 2023, we embraced the challenges and opportunities with a spirit of unity and innovation. Our
involvement during the workers' strikes in the entertainment industry highlighted our commitment
to solidarity and support within our professional networks. The global reach and impact of our
'The World is Watching' music video initiative marked a significant milestone, showcasing our
collective voice and vision for a more connected and peaceful world.
We have seen our advisor network thrive and expand, now encompassing over 1,500 members from
diverse backgrounds and industries. This growth has not only fortified our foundation but has also
enriched the tapestry of experiences and knowledge within our community. The collaborations and
mentorships that have blossomed this year are a true reflection of our commitment to
intergenerational learning and mutual empowerment.
As we look back at 2023, we are reminded of the strength that lies in coming together, sharing our
stories, and supporting one another. Our achievements this year are not just milestones for our
foundation, but they are also beacons of hope and inspiration for what we can accomplish when we
unite with purpose and passion.
Thank you for your unwavering support and for being an integral part of this remarkable journey.
We step into the future with renewed energy and optimism, ready to continue making a difference
in the lives of many.

the arts. These gatherings provided a platform for our members to network, share
experiences, and express solidarity, strengthening the fabric of our diverse

"Politicizing the Schoolhouse, Culture Wars and the Myth of CRT" Panel:
In 2023, the Florence Belsky Charitable Foundation hosted the insightful panel
"Politicizing the Schoolhouse, Culture Wars and the Myth of CRT," which
significantly aligned with its educational and societal mission. Featuring
prominent education experts Laurie Wimmer, Dr. Rose Rudnitsky, and Ravi
Hutheesing, the discussion provided a deep dive into contemporary educational
challenges and varying perspectives. This panel addressed critical issues in
education, shedding light on the complexities of cultural debates within the school
system. It offered a platform for nuanced exploration of these subjects,
contributing to the Foundation's efforts in fostering informed dialogues and
