Morning

1. Turn off security alarm


2. Wash cups (regularly used ones) and all table cloths
3. Clean up dinning and coffee tables
4. Boil hot water and fill up water in empty bottles
5. Watering the plants in the balcony
6. Prepare breakfast for Ma’am
7. Sweep and mob the floor of sitting room, dining room and playground
7.1 Use dust cloth to sweep the floor
7.2 Use vacuum
7.3 Mop the floor1 (change water in the bucket once the water becomes dirty)

Mid-morning (after Ma’am leaves house but before lunch)


8. Clear all garbage bins
9. Clean all the bedrooms (including tidying up the beds, sweep/mob the floor of bedrooms
and windowsill)
10. Clean all the bathrooms (including toilet bowls, basins, water taps, bath-tubs and shelves
in bath-tubs)2
11. Sweep and mob the stairs and the floor of 2nd and 3rd levels (repeat 5.1 to 5.3 above)
12. Watering the plants in the roof top
13. Defrost food for dinner [if necessary]
14. Prepare lunch [if necessary]

Afternoon (after lunch)


15. Clothes washing
15.1 Read instructions from the tag attached to the clothes
15.2 Separate clothes by colour, whether machine or hand wash
15.3 Separate adults’ clothes from kids’ clothes
15.4 Separate underwear / bath towels from street-wear clothes (handwash and must be
soaked in diluted Dettol)
15.5 Machine wash clothes must be soaked in diluted Dettol or Sanitizer before
washing, and must be turning inside-out and put in laundry nets
15.6 Hand-wash clothes (in handwash basket) in cold water with like colours (except
those that need to be dry-cleaned)
15.7 Carpets and cleaning cloths must be handwashed in the rooftop with separate
basins
16. Iron all clothes and bedsheets
17. 17.1 Monday
Clean, vacuum and polish sofa and all leather chairs3
Clean and polish all glass items (including windows but excluding those in
bathrooms and kitchen)
Clean air conditioners and filters / Dyson
Vacuum air filters
Wash all trash bins
Wash cushion covers and vacuum cushions
Gardening [if necessary]
17.2 Tuesday
Clean kitchen (including tiles, windows, extractor hood, fan, stove, shelves,
cabinets, fridge, trash bin)
Check stocks in kitchen and refill
17.3 Wednesday
Need to be home at 17:00 hours

Use Floor Cleaner (as per instructions)

Use 1:99 diluted bleach / Dettol

Use vinegar(50)/water(50) wiping the material down with a soft cloth
17.4 Thursday
Clean all bathrooms/washroom (including tiles, windows, frames, handles,
mirrors4, shelves, cabinets and fans) and replace carpets
Wash bathroom carpets in rooftop
Check stocks in bathrooms/washroom and refill
17.5 Friday
Prepare to-buy list
Clean tiles of all levels and stairs (excluding bedrooms, bathrooms and rooftop)
17.6 Saturday
Clean all bedrooms (including tiles, windows, windowsill and frames)
Clean/Wash carpets in bedrooms
Change bedsheets / pillow covers / duvets and vacuum the beds
Wash table cover
Clean the rooftop (including tiles) and washing machine

Dinner
18. Start preparing dinner at around 16:30 hours
19. Set dining table at around 18:30 hours
20. Dinner time at around 19:30 hours
21. Sterilize/disinfect the utensils (e.g. bowls and plates) using hot water

After Dinner
22. Wash dishes
23. Wipe dining table
24. Clean basins and sinks
25. Wipe stove and the wall in front of stove
26. Sterilize kitchen cloths
27. Mob floor in kitchen and wash kitchen’s floor cloth in rooftop99
28. Throw all rubbish away and replace trash bag in kitchen

Before Sleep
29. Make sure all windows and doors are locked
30. Turn on security alarm

THE USE OF BLEACH / DETTOL


A. Open windows to allow air to circulate when using bleach / Dettol
B. Need to wear mask, plastic gloves, rubber apron and eye protector [if necessary]
C. Always read instructions stated at the back of Dettol
D. Diluted bleach cannot be used on metal, wool, nylon, silk, dyed fabric and painted
surface. After using diluted bleach or 70% alcohol, wipe with clean water after.
E. 1:99 – 1/10 Bleach + 9/10 Water (for floor, toilet, kitchen BUT NOT utensils / basins)
1:49 – ½ Bleach + ½ Water (for door mat and shoes)

Use 1 part of white vinegar and 4 parts of water
