some more detailing like other stations such as GCV for

which designed; GCV of supplied coal.....we could write to CEA separately on this aspect with copy
to MOP. Also I recollect Yermaras is designed for 25% blended coal but KPCL was not importing
and in one of the meetings they said they would start importing. This was in Sep 23 or so. What is
the situation now?

Note: 1) KPCL placed order for imported coal on 22-11-2023 expected tentative delivery on 20-12-
2023 for total quantum of 36000MT through Smart Gen Infra Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad for all their KPCL
generators Sl.No 1-5.But On 05-12-2023 release order issued for 2.5Lacs MT and expected delivery
on second week of Jan 2024.

Indigenous coal supply currently from Mahanadi, Singereni and KEMTA whose GCV is 3300kcal/kg.

4) Kudgi……Actually it appears Ancillary down of 450MW has gone during evening peak;should we
show it as partial outage?

Ancillary down was given during peak hours. Hence , the reason for less generation is written as
“Generated as per schedule”. However, reason should not be shown in partial outage as due to “
TRAS or SCED DOWN”.
