Williams on December 15, 2023 at the above address was found satisfactory in accordance with the
Electricity Act 2015 and Jamaica Electrical Standards. This certificate is valid for the period
December 20, 2023 to December 20, 2048.

If the property is not energized by December 20, 2024; or should there be any alteration done to the
above mentioned electrical work after the issuance of this certificate, this certificate becomes
INVALID. Therefore, re-inspection and/or re-certification of the same electricial work are required.

This Complicance Certificate is issued for supply connection to the national grid.

The Government Electrical Regulator (GER) in accordance with section 48 (3) (f) of the Electricity
Act 2015, may conduct review of the abovementioned electrical work. In performing its function, the
GER or its agent shall have the right of entry to any premises or property and any person who so
obstruct the GER commits an offence (Electricity Act. 2015, Section 48 (4)).
