Remarks

Important notes for exhibitors:

1. These charges included provision of power points and electricity consumed, but they do not include

direct connection to machine etc.

2. All power points must be supplied by the approved electrical contract at the rates shown.

3. Lighting may be provided by the approved electrical contractor or by an independent contractor

approved by the organisers. All independent lighting must be connected to a suitable point power

ordered from the official contractor using this form.

4. If lighting is provided by the approved electrical contractor, the charges on this from apply

5. Please pay for all electricity before 24 January 2024.

6. A 30% Surcharges will apply to all orders placed after 3 weeks before show build up or 14 February

2024. For onsite order, A 50% surcharges on the hire rates quoted in the exhibitors order book will

apply.

7. Exhibitor using the organisers stand service or shell scheme packages are reminded that this already

included fluorescent lights.

8. Single phase power is 220V, 50HZ; 3 Phase is 380V, 50Hz.

9. Please order extra power points when hiring a fan, refrigerator or video

10. Please pay to Contractor (PT Cityneonindo Indah Murni) for electricity / lighting orders.
