SUMMARY AND FINAL COLLECTION

Dear Terry,
Here is to submit the final collection letter for the restoration and refitting project
for Casa Maria. Submission took a while as I share use of my laptop with my
grandchildren who happen to be on the midst of exam week. Anyways, this is
their last day and I can finally make use of it along with my files stored here.
To this day all you need to pay is the balance for roof refitting and restructuring.
Initially set at three hundred and forty-thousand pesos (Php 340,000.00) and later
discounted by 20% to two hundred seventy-two thousand pesos Php 272,000.00.
Half of this amount has been settled previously and only the balance of one
hundred and thirty-six thousand (Php 136,000.00) needs to be paid. Please just
deposit this outstanding amount to my account at BPI bank and all will have been
settled.
The previous work by the City Government on the area drainage threatened the
bottom surrounding walls on two sides of the compound. That compelled me to
put a temporary GI wall to shield the lower part of the exposed walls to damage
and dirt from the excavation work going on. That has been accomplished and an
imperative paint retouch done.
