Subject: Exchange Students’ Visit

The purpose of this report is to suggest and ask for permission regarding the exchange
students’ visit in Lahad Datu as well as outlining the places available, the expenses, and my own
recommendation.

To begin with, there are several locations available to be visited. These places are
categorized into three categories. Namely, for study, leisure, and physical activities. For education,
they can visit Danum Valley and Tabin Wildlife Reservation to gain information on nature. Moreover,
they could also visit Payang beach and Darvel Bay Mall for leisure. Lastly, in terms of physical
activities, they are advised to make a trip to Taman Katak, Dynason Court, and Heavenly Tower for
hiking. These excursions would require some costs. To be specific, costs for transportation and food.
From my perspective, I highly suggest to select Danum Valley. This is due to the fact that they could
appreciate nature, have some input on species of plants, and explore the jungle life.

I hope the suggestion will be approved as it would provide the exchange students with
interesting experience to be brought to their country.
