VESSEL NAME HORIZON GH ACTIVITY Overhauling
a) INTRODUCTION
Wintech Hydraulics was informed by Ship Manager Capt. Vijay that Overhauling has to be
done in winch and crane.
b) INSPECTION
Based on the above request our team inspected the above and stated that Overhauling the
Winch of Towing, Tugger and Anchor. Overhauling of Towing Winch Brake Cylinder & Mid
Ship Crane Boom & Lifting Cylinder etc. has to be overhauled and tested. Therefore,
submitted its quote and received a purchased order from High Sea Marine & Offshore
Service to execute the job.
c) EXECUTION OF THE JOB – OVERHAULING
Removal of overhauling item from the vessel Position, brough it to Wintech workshop,
Dismantled, overhauled with replacement of Seal set, O Ring, Fasteners. Assemble, Test &
Paint. Reinstall at the original position
