H) TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Training and development is one of the major tasks Wintech gives
importance to, a. Each employee is handpicked by his superior thru
performance evaluation and sent to professional training centers to be
trained and perform professionally in their relevant tasks. While
engineers and technicians are trained to excel in their technical
capabilities, sales engineers are trained for product knowledge and
customer service. b. Regular training sessions are categorized and
conducted for customers by professional lecturers in the respective fields
to train its customers in the fields of oil & gas, marine, cement, steel and
machine tools.

I) PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Contractual employees only receive basic pay on a monthly basis or as
agreed by their employer.
J. DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES
Employees who violate company rules and regulations are put into
disciplinary procedures. First, the supervisor would inform the
employee or give the first notice, then he is asked to depend himself.
The employee is given 24 hours to answer or clarify his violations. If
the employee is not able to clarify/ defend it within that period of time
he will receive the second notice. If there is no response, tendency is,
the employee will be suspended / terminated depending on the
magnitude of the violation. Negligence in regulatory in attendance and
