Reflection 7 (2nd journal for Taiwan Module)

During the first month of Module 2, I found that our team could have further
communication and proactive preparation. Take one of our group projects as an
example, we applied the business model to do the case study and find out the
potential customers of targeted business. However, sometimes we only allocate the
job, and we didn’t have enough communication afterwards because of different
working habits, logic and language difference. Since our team has three Mandarin
speakers, the explanation of logic and the expectation of the outcome could be a bit
different. From my perspective, we could increase the communication frequency in
our group and make sure that each member is involved and understand the goal and
the main task.

As for my part, I should do more research about the case or the business in advance
so that I can decide which business model should be applied. On top of waiting for
being led by others’ opinions and their logics, I can also provide my thoughts and
specifically explain the reason why this way is feasible, or this element is important
and helpful for audience to have further understanding about this business.
