communication skils are just needed for our clients or customers
However, reading the material/ understanding the lesson, I now think/ realize that
It is important that we have a good communication skills when we apply or when we
are already in a company because we often need to share ideas with colleagues and
connect with people outside their field.

there are different types of letters and different formats
