Juliana Vasquez

I am writing to express my interest in the legal assistant position at your esteemed organiza-
tion. My name is Juliana Vasquez, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in law from Universidad
de Medellín. During my previous work experience as a Legal Assistant, I gained valuable
experience in track and file of complaints, conducting documentary proof, and organizing
investigations. I also had the opportunity to develop my organizational and planning skills,
analytical skills, and decision-making abilities. Additionally, I handled calls, collected per-
sonal information, and managed schedules with utmost efficiency and attention to detail.

Why hiring people from Colombia?

As a Colombian I could say that we are hard workers because we are dedicated, creative
and resourceful. Also, for being disciplined, responsible, compliant, and proactive. We are
known for being very social people and for helping people whenever we can, also when we
start a task always try to finish it and looking for ways to do it better, faster, and easier. In
the biggest cities as Medellin where I live, we have a good infrastructure that provide us a
great internet speed.

Most Colombians have a strong work ethic and are open to take on new challenges as well
as star a new big project, we also consider that our effort and what we do in our work
speaks about the type of person we are that’s one of the main reasons we put a lot of effort
in our work and why a US company should consider hiring Colombian talent. We are com-
petitive as well and we will complete every task to prove we are the best one and we are
doing a good work at our job. We also like to refresh our knowledge and constantly we
asked for feedbacks or help when we need it.

In conclusion people from Colombia are very disciplined, we work well under pressure
which allowed us to consistently deliver excellent results, we are committed to achieving
excellence in all that we do, and I believe this mindset will enable me to thrive in your
