Terms & Conditions: -

• All schemes will be calculated based on sellout IMEI + SIM activation (CRM) for the period
January’2024 (1st to 31st January).

• Online selling, cross region selling, and MOP Violations are against OPPO rules. If partners
were found in indulging in any of these activities will be considered as non-achievers and will
not be provided any payout from this.

• All schemes will be issued through Credit Notes and cannot be transferred or redeemed
through any other form.

• OPPO has the right to change/modify/withdraw the scheme without any prior notification.

• The Above Scheme Target is considered for Particular Model . Only target has been achieved
100% or above .Then the above Models mentioned in 1. Payout will be considered.

• Pay out of this incentive scheme will be given as a credit note through distributor
