many businesses and organizations prefer to implement one since it helps stakeholders
recognize and characterize a company. The ICN Code of Ethics for Nurses provides ethical
guidance for nurses' roles, tasks, responsibilities, behaviors, professional judgment, and
relationships with patients, others receiving nursing care or services, coworkers, and
associated professions. A code of ethics is a set of rules that outline the ethical principles
and ideals that individuals and organizations must follow. These codes serve as a guide for
decision-making, ensuring that people act with honesty, professionalism, and respect for all
stakeholders. The codes define how nurses should conduct ethically as a profession and
