TOPIC 3 - LIBRARY & CAMPUS RESOURCES

This is UiTM Kelantan, Campus Machang was established in July 1985 as the 9th UiTM branch
and was inaugurated on 01 July 1985 by Tan Sri Mohamed Yaakob, the Chief Minister of
Kelantan. Initially, it operated temporarily in Kota Bharu before being transferred to Machang in
January 1996.

It sounds like your UITM Machang library, known as Perpustakaan Tengku Anis or PTA, is a
hub for learning and collaboration. PTA appears to play a vital role in facilitating academic
endeavors by offering a diverse range of services, collections, technology, and up-to-date
information. Exploring the library, you've found a pleasant environment, and it seems to be a
valuable resource for your studies. Visiting PTA multiple times, you've not only utilized its books
and references but also engaged in collaborative discussions with your group members for
assignments, making it a productive space for academic pursuits.

Time management is the act or process of planning and exercising conscious control over
the amount of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency,

WHY DO WE NEED TIME MANAGEMENT?

To reduce our work output
To save time
To have more control over the job responsibilities

STRATEGIES TO DEVELOP A SUCCESSFUL SYSTEM OF STUDY:

Use a daily planner

Use a semester calendar
Avoid procrastination
Use a weekly planner
FIXED-COMMITMENT CALENDAR

This is how I organized my schedule during weekdays and weekends. But sometimes I do stay
up late to do some revision or assignments.
This job task analysis helps us create a daily schedule based on how which frequently we do
that task and also know which activities we should do more or less. As you can see, mine is
assignments because I am a full-time student.
This prioritized task list’s main purpose is to know which things we need to give more attention
to and finish first. For example, if you can see I put my assignments as high-priority tasks it is
because that is something that I need to finish before the due date.
