mentioned extras make a difference to your hotel stay?

Yes, based on the Kimptons' hotels, they offer different kinds of services that make me feel comfortable,
relaxed, and satisfied as a guest. They provide the things that some hotels can't offer. It means that their
establishment has a positive impact on their possible customers.

2.If you are an owner of a restaurant/bar, how can you improve the meal experience of your guests?
What strategies can you apply? What extras will you offer? Why?

If I run a restaurant or bar, I may improve my customers' experiences by creating a pleasant ambiance in
my establishment and ensuring that my staff treats them with respect, especially to satisfy my guests'
expectations for the meals and services that we provided. One of the strategies we can utilize is to have
strong communication with both staff and your customers because that is the one thing that can help
you improve and achieve your restaurant's goals. Since it's a restaurant, some of the extra services that
my restaurant offers are tablet menus and tabletop ordering systems, which make it easier and more
convenient for customers. With this kind of service, guests can order at their tables with little to no
assistance from a waitress, and their orders are automatically relayed to the kitchen for processing.
