5. Methods of assessment Competency may be assessed through: 5.1 Oral questioning to assess
knowledge of programming for different types of conferences and/or events. 5.2 Review of
portfolios of evidence of on-the-job performance by the candidate. 5.3 Third-party workplace
reports of on-the-job performance by the candidate. 6. Context for assessment 6.1 Competency
assessment may occur in workplace or any appropriately simulated environment 6.2 Assessment
may be performed on multiple occasions involving a combination of direct, indirect and
supplementary forms of evidence
