This is to inform you that your booking is confirmed in our hotel on 30th November to 2nd December. This is the
following our Room Tariffs and Bed and Extra Charges.
Per day tariff for 17 Rooms is RS.34,000/-
Dining Area charges for per day RS.2500/-
Gas charges per day RS.1000/-
1 Extra Bed charges RS. 600/-

These are the following rates as per the Earlier Mail .

Room Tariff : 34,000X2 = 68,0000/-

Dining Area charges: 2,500X2 = 5,000/-
Gas charges: 1,000X2 = 2,000/-
Extra Bed charges : 36(Beds)600 X 2 = 43,200/-
Total Amount: 1,18,200/-

Advance Payment has been Received: 50,000/- Through UPI.

Balance amount to be paid : 68,200/-

complimentary for every 15 Rooms.

16 Rooms x Rs. 2000 x 2 Days = Rs. 64, 000.00

Kitchen & Dining Facility Rs. 2500 x 3 Days = Rs. 7, 500.00
Gas Rs. 1000 x 3 Days = Rs. 3, 000.00

Extra Bed charges

Rs. 600 x 2 Days x 22 Beds = Rs. 26, 400.00
Total = Rs. 1, 00, 900.00
Less Advance = Rs. 50, 000.00

Please note the group will check out after breakfast on 2nd Dec’ 2023 morning with their baggage,

leave for Mysore Rly station at 4.00p.m. For that purpose I have added extra Rs. 2,500/- for
Kitchen & Rs. 1,000/- for Gas for 3rd day also which please note.
