Task description - What do I have to do?

Extended Response

You will be required to answer an extended response question under exam conditions. You will have
45 minutes writing time and no reading time. You will complete the task in the gym on the due date. It
will be an unseen question. You will not be allowed to refer to any notes whilst completing the task.

In order to answer this question sufficiently, you must research information about the operations role,
influences and processes used by McDonalds and one other case study. Some examples you may
choose from include but are not limited to;
