Tailoring, Advanced Stitching and Kantha Stitch Training in Chasnalla,

Tasra, Jitpur and Ramnagar

Location- Chasnalla, Tasra, Jitpur & Ramnagar

No of Trainees- 32 Trainees in Each Training Center. Total 128 Trainees.
Duration- 6 Months

We will Provide Tailoring, Advanced Stitching and Kantha Stitch Training to 128
Beneficiaries in Four Different center of SAIL- Collieries in Chasnalla, Jitpur, Tasra and
Ramnagar. The Beneficiaries are from Peripheral Area of SAIL- Collieries and
Economically Poor. This Training will help them to Learn Tailoring, Advanced Stitching
and Kantha Stitch work and they will be able to Work Independently After completion
of work. This will Empower the Women to help their Families Financially. During this
Training Program we will Teach them how to Make Nighty, Kurti, Blouse, Uniform, Stole
etc as well as Embroidery Work on them. Along with this We will Teach Kantha Stitch
Work on Saree, Silk, Tassar etc. Kantha Stitch or Kantha Work is a Specialized Designing
Work Which is done completely by Hand on Costly Fabric Like Silk, Tassar etc and these
Items has High Demand and are Sold in High Cost. We will Provide One Master Trainer
and One Assistant Trainer for Tailoring and Advanced Stitching Training. One Trainer
will be Deputed for Kantha Stitch Training. We will Also Bring Resource Person for
teaching Advanced Skills in Tailoring and also Kantha Stitch Work.

After completion of Training , We will Provide them Certificate from Skill India which
is Part of NSDC. We are Training Partner with Skill India.
We will also Assist them and Provide all kinds of Necessary Support to become Self
dependent. We will also help them to create Self help group which will give Different
benefits from Govt.

As per the Mail communication and Subsequent Visit and detailed Discussions, We
understand that Tailoring Machines are Available for Tasra, Jitpur and Chasnalla
Training Center and Approx 20 Additional Machines will be required in Ramnagar
Center which will be Provided by us on rental Basis.

The Detail Budget is given Below. Cost of Sewing Machine, Trainer Fees, Supervision and
Monitoring cost with Travel Expenditure, Resource Person Fee, Cost of inauguration
Program, Cost of certification etc are included in this Budget.
