Title: PSO500 calibration alert

Model(s) X / S / B Intl spec

Background/Description:

CE - Power Systems Engineering team has observed an issue in PS 0500 version 6.12
regarding controller’s memory life. There is a possibility of unwanted memory write cycles
occurring at back end if there’s any active Fault (warning/shutdown) present in the
controller.
This will only occur if there’s an Active fault present. This back end process will STOP
as soon as there is no fault present in controller.

There is no impact on the functionality of PS 0500 as such, neither immediate threat to the
controller but this may affect in the long run/at later point of time. This issue is not visible
to the customer and neither reflected on the display.
