Reason and Prerequisites

In order to fix program errors, revision 6 of BWA 7.20 must be applied.
With this revision it is possible to update from each BWA 7.20 and BWA 7.00 revision.
In order to successfuly apply Revision 6 you need libstdc++6. For details please consider Note
1021236.

Solution

Download the file BIA720_6.SAR and perform an update of this version.

The version file of your existing BWA720 instance is located in: <%SAP_RETRIEVIAL_PATH%
>/../exe/saptrexmanifest.mf

Update Procedure

l Log on as superuser (root) in the folder that you have created for downloading the file
BIA720_6.SAR.

l Unpack this SAR file using SAPCAR. After the unpacking had finished you will find the
installation script 'install.sh'.

l Enter the command 'sh install.sh --update' for starting the update procedure. In case of several
installed BWA instances, you will be asked to choose one of them to be updated.

l Fixed installer problem concerning the upgrade procedure (see SAP note 1484446)

This Revision introduces the new license key for BWA 720. Once the upgrade is done your BWA will
automatically enter a 90 day trial period, until you get your proper license key as detailed in
attached Note 1445787.
