    Explanation of how the micro-learning example works
    IBM has created their own micro-learning platform in which using a simple sign-in process
    students and professionals are able to access a variety of courses related to business, technology,
    data science, and more. First, go to the website, and select “create an account”. Users will be
    directed to a new page in which they will use their Google sign-in or another personal account
    (social media account including linked-in are optional). Users will then be able to select their
    preferred language and course content areas of interest. After their account has been created, users
    will find a new page loaded in which they can choose any course available. Courses range in
    timeframe and topics. I chose to do complete a quick course on CyperSaftey and earn a badge.
    Users will level up as they continued on their learning journey. The program sets goals for the user
    as well as suggests different courses based on their preferences listed during the sign-up process.
    On the IBM SkillsBuild, platform users can save courses in their queue and subscribe to a specific
    course catalog. This platform is geared for students as young as elementary school and useful for
    professionals wanting to earn badges to add to their digital portfolio. The program is clear, easy to
    follow, and effective in its methodologies, and provides a variety of science and technology
    courses.
