them achieve their academic and professional goals. Some of the key screens available in the
application include:

a) First Page:

The first page of the application provides a simple and user-friendly interface with
login and sign-up options. The main purpose of this page is to enable users to access
the application's features.

b) Sign Up Page:

The purpose of this page is to provide a registration portal exclusively for students of
VGSOM, or the Vinod Gupta School of Management. In order to maintain the
integrity of the VGSOM community and ensure that only authorized individuals are
able to access the application, the sign-up page has been designed to require users
to provide their Institute email ID and roll number.

By asking for these specific details, the sign-up page is able to verify that the user is
indeed a student at VGSOM, and not someone else attempting to gain unauthorized
access. It is important to note that without a valid Institute email ID and roll number,
users will not be able to register on the application.

Below the profile option, users can see their progress and coins earned. The progress
section shows the overall percentage of courses completed from all the enrolled
ones. This feature helps students to track their progress and stay motivated as they
work towards completing their courses.

Initially, each student is provided with 100 coins. The coins system is an exciting
feature that rewards students for completing courses. Students can earn coins by
completing courses, and the number of coins earned is directly proportional to the
difficulty and length of the course.
There are different categories available on the home page, such as leadership,
communication, soft skills, teamwork, ethical orientation, and many more. These
categories enable students to explore various areas of interest and choose courses
that align with their career goals and aspirations.

Under each category, users can see various recommended courses based on the
interest inventory test results. This feature is designed to provide personalized
recommendations to students based on their unique interests and needs. Each
course is either free or assigned some points. Students can earn points by completing

course.

Each category will have mainly six components, including skill builders, learn with
fun, course material, quiz, discussion forum, and lecture notes.

category topic. Skill builders provide an opportunity for students to practice what

detailed outline of the gaming modules for each category:

 Virtual Reality Leadership Simulation: In this game, MBA students will be


placed in a virtual environment where they are leading a team through a
complex project. They will have to make decisions on resource allocation,
team management, and problem-solving. This game will provide a safe and
immersive environment for MBA students to practice leadership skills.

 Soft Skills Role Play Game: In this game, MBA students will take on different
roles in a simulated workplace environment. They will have to navigate
complex interpersonal situations, such as resolving conflicts, giving feedback,
and collaborating with team members. This game will provide a fun and
engaging way for MBA students to practice their soft skills.

 Communication Escape Room: In this game, MBA students will be placed in


an escape room where they must solve puzzles and clues to escape. The catch
is that they must communicate and work together effectively to solve the
puzzles. This game will provide an exciting and challenging way for MBA
students to practice communication and teamwork skills.

 Teamwork Obstacle Course: In this game, MBA students will be placed in an


obstacle course where they must work together to complete challenges. The
challenges will require different types of teamwork skills, such as
communication, coordination, and collaboration. This game will provide a fun
and physical way for MBA students to practice teamwork skills.
