START-UP PROCEDURE:

1 Set up controller, printhead , stand and cartridge

Check Connection of all cables: power cord, printhead cable and
2 sensor cable
3 Ensure the cartridge is inserted properly in the printhead
Switch the unit ON. Button is located on the bottom right side of
4 controller
5 Select the message you want to print
a) Click the MESSAGE button
b) Press and scroll to choose your desired message
c) Press SAVE button and HOME button
6 Click START button and wait for initialization of cartridge
Once the RED box indicator disappear and GREEN arrow appear
located in upper right side of LCD the unit is ready for printing

SHUT -DOWN PROCEDURE:

1 Click STOP button and wait for initialization of cartridge
Once the Green arrow sign disappear and Red box appear the
unit is on STOP PRINT already.
2 Click SAVE button and TURN OFF the switch
For Short Break and long Break: No need to remove cartridge
3 How to Remove Cartridge from printhead
a) Pull-up the lever and gently remove the cartridge upward
b) Perform cleaning of cartridge nozzle by using teflon cloth
(read instructions below)
c) Put silicone cartridge cover and placed in downside position in
a clean and dry place

CLEANING OF CARTRIDGE

1 Gently wipe the nozzle using FIBER CLOTH by down side position
in one direction only and do not apply too much pressure
Do not use any kind of cloth ex: tissue, towel etc. to prevent
2 clogging of nozzle
Do not apply any liquid solution as cleaning agent ex: Water,
3 Alcohol, Acetone,Solvent

PANIMULA NG PROSESO
1 Ihanda ang controller, printhead, stand at cartridge
Suriin kung nakakabit ng maayos ang mga Kable : power cord,
2 printhead cable and sensor cables
3 Siguraduhin nakakabit ang Cartridge sa Printhead
Buhayin ang unit sa pamamagitan ng pag pindot ng switch sa
4 bandang gilid baba ng makina
5 Piliin ang mensahe na nais I-print
a) Pindutin ang Message button
b) Piliin ang nais na iyong iprint na mensahe sa pamamagitan ng
pag scroll
c) Pindutin ang SAVE button and HOME button
6 Pindutin and START at maghintay ng initialization ng cartridge
Sa sandiling mawala ang RED Button indicator at lumitaw ang
Green arrow na makikita sa bandang itaas ng LCD, ang unit ay
handa ng mag print

PAGTATAPOS NG PROSESO
1 Pindutin ang STOP at maghintay mag initialization ng cartridge
Pag nawala na ang Green Arrow sign indicator at lumitaw ang
Red Box sign indicator ang unit ay hindi na maaring mag print
2 Pindutin ang SAVE at i-switch off ang printer
Para sa Maikling Break at Mahabang Break: Hindi na
kinakailangan alisin ang cartridge
3 Pano Tanggalin ang Cartridge mula sa Printhead
a) Itaas ang lever at marahang alisin pataas ang cartridge
b) Magsagawa ng paglilins ng cartridge (Basahin ang
instruction sa ibaba)
c) Ilagay ang silicone cartridge cover at itabi ito ng nakapahalang
na position sa malinis at tuyong lugar

Paglilins ng Cartridge
Marahang punasan ang nozzle gamit ang fiber cloth mula
1 pababang posisyon sa iisang direksyon lamang at huwag
masyadong diinan ang pag punas
Huwag gumamit ng anomang uri ng tela Hal: Tissue, towel etc.
2 para maiwasan ang pagbara
Huwag gumamit ng anomang uri ng likido sa paglilinis Hal: Tubig,
3 Alcohol, Acetone etc.
