VLOOKUP Multiple Columns
These two formulas return the same result. i.e. the contents of cell C5.
The first example refers to cell B5 which contains the text C5, thus generating
the formula =C5.
Whereas, the second example puts the cell reference in double quotes which
also generates the formula =C5.
In summary, using double quotes tells Excel that the text inside the double
quotes is your text string, where as linking to a cell tells Excel that the contents
of the cell is your text string.
Objective: If the 'Amount' ends between 50 and 54 then round down to say $49, if it ends between
$55 and $59 then round up to $59.
Note: The 'Amount' needs to be a whole number, so if you calculate it using a formula you need to
round it to no decimal places.e.g. =ROUND(139*2.3,0)
