GUIDELINES FOR PRE-BOARD EXAMINATION

What: Pre-board Examination

When: August 27, 2023 (Sunday)
Call time: 6:00 am
Where: Guiguinto National Vocation High School

Things to bring:
1. ID (STRICTLY NO ID, NO ENTRY)
2. Photocopy of NOA (Notice of Admission from PRC)
3. Photocopy of Vaccination card
4. 1 Long Brown Envelope
5. 1 Long Clear Plastic Envelope
6. 2 pcs. Mongol 2 pencil (other pencils are not allowed)
7. Black ball pen
8. 2 pcs. 1 x 1 ID picture (for enrollees of Final Coaching Only)
9. Printed receipt with reference number

BEFORE
1. 7:00am – 7:30am is the call time but you have 15 minutes grace period before the door of your
respective room assignment will be closed.
2. CBRC Reviewees should follow the proper attire listed below. This will be STRICTLY implemented
upon entering the review venue.
MALE – White polo shirt or T-shirt with collar, tucked in and jeans
FEMALE – White blouses or T-shirt with collar and jeans
Note: For shoes, any CLOSED shoes
3. Reviewees who will arrived in the examination venue beyond the 15 minutes grace period will no longer
be admitted but will be able to bring home the materials.
4. Make sure to check your name posted in the rooms before entering.

DURING
1. Reviewees should STRICTLY follow the time limit allotted per exam. NO EXTENSION.
2. STRICTLY no cheating. If in case someone will be caught, examinee will be sent home immediately.
3. STRICTLY maintain the chair alignment during the examination.
AFTER
1. Bracelets and pencils will be given after the examination.
2. Make sure to submit your photocopy of NOA and vaccination card before leaving the room.
