This writing is in connection with this awb. 980073965430 with the COD amount of 299 that has been damaged
upon arrival. According to our sorter Elvin Jay Labay he said that the parcel slight wet and left good smell that
can possible that the parcel damage.

This parcel was damaged on October 14, 2023 upon arrival. Hoping it wont cause any penalty to our branch
since its already damage when arrived.
