Comments:
1. Define the project goals and the success of the project: provided and presented.
Smart goals should have been also discussed.

2. Provide the Work breakdown structure (WBS): provided and presented in detail.
Project timeline and Gantt chart should have been provided in detail.
Priority matrix should have been also presented in detail.

3. Identify the key stakeholders in the project: internal and ext. stakeholder have been presented and
analysed. Power interest matrix should have been also provided. Comms plan presented.

4. Structure of project management: provided. Projectized noted

5. Prime and sub-contracting: provided but not with the clear details of stakeholders

7. Brief description of project role and duties: provided, and details of the teams members allocated to different
roles have been also provided in detail.

8. Implement a risk assessment to the project. Identify the possible risks and decide on a response type
and develop a contingency plan for the identified risks: Risk register is provided.
PESTEL analysis is provided in detail, also not with sufficient references. FMEA and contingency in both slides
and presentations should have been provided

Engagement in between group presentation is fairly good. An early preparation was well recommended. A good
involvement of visual aids, unclear introduction, delivery and materials, well organised. Time limits observed.

Questions responses is really week. Contents generally appropriate and well-focussed upon the brief.
Evidence of research beyond basic texts and lecture materials should have been provided. A Response to
questions should have been provided with thorough understanding and good use of time.

Marking Criteria Team (70%)


Grading The presentation is not satisfactory. Not all material is relevant or/and
Criteria slides are not clear. There are serious weaknesses with regards to
presentation structure, grammar and spelling errors and appropriateness
0 – 29% of visual aids. Extremely difficult to hear/follow the presentation and well
outside allocated time. Tendency to read from notes. Response to
questions shows minimal understanding.
30 – 39% Presentation based mainly on basic texts and lecture material and
contains errors. Overall, there is no discernible structure but there is
some relevant material. No introduction or summary. Very poor visual
aids. Tendency to read from notes. No explanation of main points of
slides. Response to questions shows serious weakness in
understanding.
40 – 49% Poorly structured, rambling presentation which strays from topic being
presented. It involves weaknesses on one or more of the following points:
introduction; delivery of main presentation and summary;
appropriateness of visual aids; general organisation of presentation
including time limits and dealing with questions. Response to questions
indicates poor understanding.
50 – 59% Generally satisfactory presentation. Some flaws in structure and not
always focused on the topic being presented. There is some issues
around the appropriateness of visual aids and general organisation of
presentation including time limits and dealing with questions. Response
to questions asked indicates incomplete understanding.
60 – 69% Clearly audible, well-paced presentation delivered supported by visual
aids. Quite well-planned with logical structure focused on topic being
presented, time limits observed, questions responded to with courtesy.
Contents generally appropriate, satisfactory focus upon the brief.
Evidence of research beyond basic texts and lecture materials.
Response to questions asked indicates good understanding.
70 – 79% Generally engaging presentation involving good use of visual aids, clear
introduction, delivery and materials well organised. Time limits observed.
Questions responded to with courtesy and authority. Contents generally
appropriate and well-focussed upon the brief. Evidence of research
beyond basic texts and lecture materials. Response to questions asked
indicates thorough understanding and good use of time.
80 - 90% Engaging presentation involving good use of visual aids and materials
are well organised. Time limits kept. Questions responded to with
courtesy and authority. Contents well-focussed upon the brief. Evidence
of research beyond basic texts and lecture materials and materials used
in a creative and original manner. However, there are some areas that
need to be analysed further.

90 – 100% Exceptionally coherent, clear and comprehensive presentation supported


by evidence. Engaging presentation involving good use of visual aids.
Questions responded to with courtesy and authority. Contents well-
focussed upon the brief. Materials are presented in a creative and
original manner and there is a little scope for improvement.
