If agent is already registered, they can login by


entering Username and Password

If Agent wants to register, please click on Agent


Login Register. You will be taken to the next page
for registration

Agents will see next Page to input details SVTS

• Click on the Attach files button, “Documents Uploaded” pop-up will open.

• Click on the “Choose file” button and upload the Embassy ID Card
• Click on the “Choose file” button and upload the Agent Trade License
• Click on the “Choose file” button and upload the first and last page of Green book & ten click ‘Submit’

• After accepting the Terms and Conditions, Agent successful registration message and the Reference number will be displayed.
• On clicking the Close button, it will be navigated to the Login page

Follow Steps SVTS

1. Agents will fill all the fields in the page


2. Attach 3 Documents in PDF not more than 1 MB (Trade license , Green Book copy, Embassy Access Card)
3. Will accept terms and conditions and proceed further to complete the registrations.

After approval at Tasheer Back office

1. Agents will get a confirmation mail after their registration is approved from Tasheer.
2. After approval agents can login with admin ID and create user ID for booking appointments

• Navigate to Agent Website.
• Login-into Agent Website using valid agent credentials.

• Select the Visa Type from the “Visa Type” drop-down list
• Select the VSC Centre from the “VSC Center” drop-down list
• Select the Number of applicants from the “Number of Applicants” drop-down list.
• Enter the captcha value and click “Confirm” button.

• Select the slot available date from the Normal (or) Lounge calendar
• Conform the Slot time
• Click “Submit” button after selecting the slot time

• Terms and conditions dialog box will be displayed after conforming the slot.
• Check the terms and condition “Check box” and click “Accept” button.

• Agent can enter the applicant details by two options,
• Option 1 : Downloading the excel template , Enter the applicant details in the excel template and uploading the same
• Option 2 : Enter the applicant details directly in the grid.

• Appointment will be scheduled once the user clicks save button in the applicant details modal window
• Group Id and the Appref will be generated.

• Agent can download the group scheduling form and the appointment slip for the scheduled appointment

• Agent can also send the group scheduling form to the agent mail ID by checking the email check-box
• Modal window will be displayed after checking the email check-box , enter the mail id of the agent and click “Submit” button

• Click “Appointment Summary” tab to view the list of appointment scheduled by the agent.
• Note : Appointment summary will list out all the appointment which has been scheduled for the future date and not for the current & past
days

Appointment Summary - View

• To view the applicant details of a scheduled appointment, click “View” icon.


• Applicant details such as Appref No, Fee details will be displayed in the Applicant Details modal window

• To print the appointment letter (or) to send the appointment letter to the applicant email id click “Print” icon.

• To print the appointment letter for a applicant click “Print” icon in the appointment summary screen for the respective group Id
• Check the “Print” check box in the modal window and click “Print” button. Appointment letter will be generated click “View Appointment
Letter” link to view/download the appointment letter

• Check the “Email” check box in the modal window and click “Email” button. Appointment letter will be sent to the
given mail id of the applicant and the message will be displayed at the top

• To print the applicant receipt for a group id click “Print Applicant Receipt” icon

Appointment Re-Scheduling

Appointment Re-Scheduling SVTS
• Agent can re-schedule an appointment via appointment summary screen.
• Click “Appointment Summary” tab in the home screen.

• Click “Re-schedule” icon against the group id for which the appointment needs to be re-scheduled
• Appointment Re-schedule screen will be displayed on clicking the reschedule icon
• Select the appointment category (Normal/Lounge) and conform the time slot
• Enter the captcha and click “Submit” button and the appointment will be re-scheduled to the selected date.
• Agent(s) can re-schedule an appointment ‘n’ number of times 24 hours before appointment date and time.
• For example, If an appointment has been scheduled on 24-10-2023 10:00:00 AM, Agent can be able to re-schedule the appointment on/or
before 23-10-2023 10:00:00 AM. After 23-10-2023 10:00:00 AM, Agent will not be able to reschedule the appointment.

Appointment Cancellation

• Agent can cancel an appointment via appointment summary screen.
• Click “Appointment Summary” tab in the home screen.

• Click “Cancel” icon against the group id for which the appointment has to be cancelled
• Confirmation window will appear on clicking the cancel icon. Click “Ok” button in the confirmation window.
• Appointment cancelled message will be displayed. Click “Ok” button.
• Status will be changed to “Appointment Cancelled” after clicking the “Ok” button
• Agent(s) can cancel an appointment 24 hours before appointment date and time.
• For example, If an appointment has been scheduled on 24-10-2023 10:00:00 AM, Agent can be able to cancel the appointment on/or
before 23-10-2023 10:00:00 AM. After 23-10-2023 10:00:00 AM, Agent will not be able to cancel the appointment.
